Why Gymnastics?
Our girls gymnastics program has an emphasis on balance, form, safety, strength, and flexibility while also having fun. This program operates on a bi-weekly schedule switching between two events a week. Beam, floor, vault, and bars will be worked on while also reinforcing basic skills in gymnastics.
